Marcela:
-When I was in high school I became overly aware of contractions (Can’t, won’t, shouldn’t), and ever since, I have been conscious to using them. “Can’t” means something different to me than “Cannot.”
-If someone sends me a text or I read a quote I like, I type it out and save it on my computer.
-My godmother and I have hand written well over a hundred letters back and forth to each other.
Deborah:
-I like to organized especially by color. Both my closet and my bookshelf are arranged by color in the order of the rainbow.
-In sixth grade, I wore jeans and a hoodie every day. In seventh grade, I plunged into the Punk/goth phases and worse black and pink mini skirts, sarcastic shirts, and spider net stockings. Freshman and sophomore year, I never wore skirts or dresses. Now, I have finally developed my own fashion sense, and I take pride in the fact that I have never worn sweats to class.
-I graduated from a class of forty kids, and less than one hundred and fifty were in my entire high school.
Kelly:
-The internet has been a good friend of mine for a long time. I owned my first website when I was fourteen. (It was a fansite for Sandra Bullock!)
-My favorite TV show growing up was Star Trek Voyager. I have seen every episode at least twice. My favorite characters were Naomi Wildman and B’Elanna Torres I even wanted to be an engineer for Nasa because of my love for this show.
-My first concert was Cher’s Farewell Tour.
Collette:
-Although I was a barista for fours years, I cannot bring myself to drink coffee.
-My favorite tea is Lapsang Souchong. It is a smoked black tea that most people think smells like burnt tires, ham, or a camp fire.
-I love to bake. My least favorite thing about my college is its lack of kitchens. As they are remodeling they are taking out all the kitchens in the dorms for safety reasons…
Sophie:
-My lucky number is thirteen. I always felt bad for the number when people would say it was bad luck, so I decided to love it enough for everyone. Coincidentally, this is the thirteenth fact!

“But I’m glad you will see me as I am. The chief thing I shouldn’t like would be for people to imagine I want to prove anything. I don’t want to prove anything; I merely want to live, to do no one harm but myself. I have the right to do that, haven’t I?” Anna Karenina; Leo Tolstoy
Hello, my name is Shawna, and I like secrets.
